A question for you again germi.
On the landing page, it shows 20 artists and then the Pagination.
Is there any way to reduce the number of artists being shows? Cos I think 20 is a little too much for my site.

Will that be something which I need to change in MC or is it something related to my template again?
Please help.

this is a Joomla configuration parameter

go to admin area

site->global configuration

on "site settings" fieldset you'll see "List Length" set to 20

just change it to 5 or 10 or whatever you like

Hi Germi.. I have a problem with pagination in Muscol,
I don't know if this is Joomla's problem or of your componet.
I set "List Length" to 30 in my global configuration and the list
of songs and artists is even to 30 but after some time the items
(songs and artists) in the list became 8. This happens always.
How can I solve this problem?


Edit: I realized now that this site the same thing happens .. but the list is 6 items.

Edit 2: The problem happens when I close the window of the site, when the windows of the browser is reopen and go to the site list objects are not in the right number.

this is a JOOMLA issue. I noticed it some time ago. (this happens also in this site)

two things:

- the varaible holding the length of the lists is cleared when the session expires. thats why it resets after a while or if you close the browser.

- DONT KNOW WHY, the first time you enter, it does not show the correct length the first time (in my case, it shows 4 items when I say 5) then I readjust it and it shows fine.
this is a joomla bug I'm afraid...!
