artist image is good but album and format image are missing they wont upload i try a lot of times

    can you check if your folder /images/albums/ and /images/formats/ are correctly created in your joomla installation? (otherwise create them manually)

    the folders are writtable, right? I mean, the permissions are correct?
    what happens if you try to upload a new picture?

      yes the problem was that those folder where created under root thanks
