Charset problem in player popuo and cloudtag

Hello,

My site use utf-8 charset with ćčšđž, and whole site work great, and jw player too, but in pop up mode jw show wrong charset.

and in cloud tag there are problem with showing charset with ćčšđž

How I can solve this Germinal ?
