Hi !

I have bought Invoice Manager months ago, I don't understand : Taxe are allways and random calculated. For exemple, I'll bought the same products 2 times, the first will be ok : TVA France 20% and the second will be 15 or 14 % ?!?
You have to know I always use reductions for my customers.
I want my taxe fixed !!

My second problem is about command status :
All status are always on "pending" (in french : "en attente").

You'll see this in attachments.

Invoice Manager is really expensive, thanks to find my solution :D

    However first I need to verify your account. You say that you purchased Invoice Manager, but there's no purchase under account "bigsoundfrance".

    This taxes issue is most likely only related to some VM configuration.

    yes.. I sent a couple emails asking about the site's URL... (you send me FTP and joomla access.. but not the URL for the site

    very good thanks.

    ok, I have made a small arrangement on the plugin. the problem was that the tax was being calculated before discount. I changed that.

    can you give it a try? just try to change the status of an order, and then re-change it to "confirmed" (this will trigger the plugin to update the invoice data) and then tell me if the numbers are ok.

    I did a test myself with your last invoice, and it worked ok.

    Sorry for the time it takes to me to answer :-)
    For the invoice Status, still have the same problem, as you can see in attachment, in virtuemart ordre is confirmed, in invoice manage is "in attempt"...
    For the reduction, it shows the tax but not the reduction...

    in "invoice manager for virtuemart" plugin, you need to define for which payment methods you want to set the invoice PAID: please check screenshot. you need to set this.
