I am very sorry to hear that you are having issues with PayPal payment.

However we have no control over PayPal, or what it requires you to do in order to pay..

Usually it allows you to pay directly with Credit Card, but that option may not be available in some countries.

Which country are you in?

Also, I believe that you can link your CARD (debit or credit) to PayPal, instead of the bank account. This way, you don't need to "transfer" money to paypal, because it will be charged to your card directly.
Can you see if you have this option?

I'm very sorry for your trouble, but really PayPal system is not controlled by us... Usually our users have no problem at all checking out with PayPal. It's a very easy process..

With the aggravation of Paypal - instead of a CREDIT CARD acceptance without PAYPAL USER REQUIRED.

I have just contacted you by email (I just sent 2 emails). Please check your inbox...

Our system notified us of "possible fraudulent purchase" and it automatically blocked the purchase until we verify it manually.

I'm sure there's no problem, but our system does this because it detected 2 different purchases from the same user, but from different PayPal accounts...

Please check your email, this way we can get this sorted right now.

Not only did I just pay over $415USD - I am not able to download the extensions.
CHECKOUT HAS TAKEN ALL DAY.

Honestly, a .zip collection to my email would be GREATLY APPRECIATED at this hour. I don't feel like anymore back and forth with paypal. The funds are taken. I hope you have received them. Nothing fraudulent as your email mentioned could be.

And you do have control over paypal - at least when it comes to forcing your customers to USE PAYPAL IN A PAYPAL ONLY WAY. NO GUEST CHECKOUT.

Yes, we have received the funds. The "fraudulent" alert is not generated by us, it's just "told" to us, so we are obliged to investigate. Please have this in mind, I'm here helping, it will take only 5 more minutes. Just a bit more patience please, we're almost done

I just need to confirm that the purchases made by rachael@alphabetrank.com and peter@sector-five.com were made by you, that's all.

Were seeing 3 different emails here and that's why the system sets an alert.

if you can confirm these 2 email accounts by answering the emails I sent to those accounts, that will be it...
