pdf and email stopped working

Magic quotes are turned off via php.ini and .htaccess.
The dompdf is installed and is located in the required directory.
There is a pdfinvoices folder located in the root, with prior pdf invoice located in it where it was working.
I am using PHP 5.6, Joomla 3.7.2, and Invoice Manager 2.1.2.

Why have these two features stopped functioning. :(

    Oh yes, the folder pdfinvoices has been granted write permissions so that pdfs can be written to it by the im system

    I don't know why these two features stopped working... I'm guessing there was some change on the server (or whatever) and it affected it. Or maybe you changed something on the template?
    I mean, things don't just "stop working" all the sudden for no reason...

    I'll be glad to take a look at it, but please remember you need an active subscription for technical support.
