Invoicer data

We have put in the invoicer data in the system configuration of invoice manager. However, when creating an invoice, it seems to be required to insert again invoicer data. Why? Why cant we use the data from the system settings of invoice manager?

    that's not normal. the data should be added. can you provide a screenshot of your options?

    and it's not imported directly when you create a new invoice? that is really strange. if you want to send me backend access I'll take a look

    ok I accesed. I honestly don't understand the problem.. the data is perfectly imported when you create a new invoice.
