/images/ path error

I successfully added /images/file.jpg to the template using the WYSIWYG editor. It is showing up correctly on the backend view but it is not showing up correct both in the email nor the pdf. The error on the pdf is "image not readable or empty". Any clue?

Hello,

Make sure to always use an absolute path (including domain) in the images, to make them show OK in PDF.
