Fatel Error when downloading via CSV

hi

when i filter the dates, and press export to CSV file, i get a CSV file, but all thats on there is



Fatal error: Call to undefined method FinancesModelItems::getUser_name() in /home/barabano2014/public_html/customers/websites/support/components/com_finances/controller.php on line 304

    have just updated to 2.03 and this problem is still occurring

      quick update, it works ok from the back end, i get the error on the front end
