List of coutries empty

Hi, my list of countries is empty, so I cannot filter by that. And in the list of users activity it doesn't show country, city or state.

I signed up for a (free) API key at IPInfoDB.com and I copied the API key on the module.

Add modules and plugins are enabled.

On the map is doesn't show nothing, too.

    Hello,

    this means it's not recording the IP geo-location.
    can you double-check that the API key entered is correct? (that you didn't forget any character, for instance)
    can you point me to your site?
    (the list of countries is populated by the countries that are logged, that's why you are not still seeing any for now)

    What API key you mean, i have the same problem. I Install the component a few minutes ago but i can't see the countries.

    in this case you need to ask your hosting provider. otherwise, usually this info is provided in your Cpanel, somewhere.. try to look on server info.
