Hello,
Yesterday i've purchased the yearly package for content statistics and affiliate tracker - however when i go to download the packages it specifies it expired, though the expiration date is april 2018.
Please see screenshot attached and let me know what i can do to download these packages.

    Yesterday, after purchasing the extension (CS+AT), you also purchased the extended version for Content Statistics, but you didn't actually paid for it...

    Hi, sorry for the delay because the holidays.

    I thought that the com_Content_Statistics included in the package, because it don't make sense to buy it without the component...
    And when i try to extend the package, the price was 0 with 100% discount so it make sense to me the i can just download the component like this, but instead, now i cant access to any of the files and download the component that i pay for, even affiliate tracker now i cant access.
    Can you just refund me for the payment because i didn't download any of the files, it's just seems to me odd all this process...

    I don't know why you had a discount of 100%... this is logically not normal.

    There's no problem with this, the system automaticlally "blocks" an account when there's a missmatch in the totals paid.

    Since you already paid for the standard version, if you need the extended, all you need is to update the package, paying the remaining difference, to get access to the extended packages. Just let me know and I'll create the invoice for you.

    Otherwise if you want to keep your current package, just let me know and I will manually "unblock" it for you.

    Hi,

    Yaa it's not normal, but yet i was able to upgrade with 100%...

    Honesty, in the end, my client was disappointment from the statistics, the graphs was fine but all the data from virtuemart was not so fine and easy to manage the data, so we start to add all the E commerce data to google analytic instead to get more details of data.
    So we don't using your component at all.

    If you can manage to refund the payment it will be grate! but if no, i understand, it was not your fault.
    If no, just keep my current package and "unblock" it for future attempt.
