Hello,
I purchased your extension recently and I am working through the installation manual under "Creating your first graphic statistics module".

I have hit a snag in that when configuring the Content Statistics (EVOLUTION IN TIME) module.
I choose the Content provider (community (com_community) but the second (Content criteria) and third (Selector) options do not auto-populate to provide more options. They all remain on "Please select a Content Provider first)

As a result the module does not work.

I am using Joomla 3.2.3

I am happy to give you admin access to the test site I am working on (which is a mirror of the live site) for you to have a look. please advise how.

many thanks,

Hello!

yes, I received it.

The problem is really easy... I don't want to sound rude ;) but.. you did not enabled all the plugins! you enabled the extension plugins, yes, but NOT the main "System - Content Statistics" plugin. see point 7 on installation instructions: http://www.joomlathat.com/documentation/content-statistics/installation

I coud enable this myself of course, but I leaved it this way so you can see what I mean :)

that's all..! :) it's simply not enabled... (see attached)

Not at all, you are not being rude, its part of the learning on my part. I read line 8 saying:

"Enable the extension plugins you installed (they are under the type "contentstats"). "

and that is what I did, but I did not pay enough attention to the graphic below which clearly shows the System plugin as being different. It's quite a relief in a way as I was thinking the site may be to blame, so that you for taking the time to have a look. Much appreciated. :)
