I have a client that needs a specific job done. Here is a PDF that he created.
Basically, we need a user based calendar which each user has their own calendar to setup appointments on specific times and then have a group of users emailed as in managers, etc. to facilitate the appointment.

Calendar Planner has the option for the users to create events on their calendars, however there's no manager email function, so that part would probably need custom coding. -
