Hi, i'd like that AT manage the following features:

1) if user have a payment refunded (i use Payplans) the relative commission must be deleted automatically;
2) if user subscribe a plan with a discount AT must calculate the commission on the price considering the discount;
3) admin can set a minimum amount and or a minimum period (for example 30 days) before affiliate can ask the payment of the commission;
4) admin manage the payment of the commission by backend directly simply by clicking a button;
5) let also the affiliate choose the referral word on front end and obviously AT will check if that word is already taken.

What do you think?

Best regards

hi,

1. this is not currently possible. we will study if there's a reliable way to handle this, but at least now it's not possible.
2. it does this already
3. well, there's no "ask for comission" feature that the affiliate can request. payments are created at will by the admin, whenever he wants...
4. already possible
5. this is restricted for security reasons. it's just not a "referral word" that is choosen, the admin has to know that this page actually will exist. so letting the frontend user choose this means there will be a lot of 404s.. you don't want that.

admin controls everything on the backend.. not sure to understand what you mean here... you already have ACL to control who can access the backend interface...

    I forgot: Can admin control the affiliates, the situation of the payments statuses by a control panel?
    Let authorized usergroups (by ACL component) to check that control panel on front end too by a specific item menu. For example only users belonging to editor usergroups can check it.
    About the question number 3 this feature should work in this way: suppose that admin set minimum amount to ask payment of commission is 100 dollars and minimum period is 30 days. So if user reach the amount before the period he can ask otherwise he could ask only when the minimum period pass.
    About the question number 5 let admin set if moderate the referral word to approve or not.

    Ok Thanks for your replies.
    About the question number 4 you mailed me that admin can pay by paypal or other system and not directly by AT. So how the payment process works?
    About my latest question only i want know if admin has a control panel to check the situation of payments and affiliate and if this control panel is available on front end too only to authorized users.
    Three latest questions please:
    AT is translated in Italian too?
    What is it possible that admin change referral word and what happen with the pending commissions in this case?
    Affilate must share his link to others (with referral word) to get commissions when they subscribe?

    Thanks again. Best regards

    hello

    the payment has to be done (triggered) by the admin, yes. this is the only possible way. the system will not do it for you (it is necessary to log in to the paypal account)

    yes, the admin has a control panel (well, the whole backend interface where he sees "everthing"). have you checked our demo? this is only on the backend.

    6- we don't have an Italian translation, but you can create one yourself very easily, only 1 file needs to be translated.
    7- nothing happens. the comissions are tied to the account, not to the word.
    8- well yes, of course.. the only way that he gets comissions is if people registered using the affiliate link (which includes the referral word). I have the feeling that you may have missunderstand what the "referral word" is for...

    Ok, i n got it. It would be useful create a "ask referral word" link in the affiliate dashboard so admin receive this request automatically and can check it in his dashboard (who ask the referral word).
    In my site users must login before subscribe a plan. No problem in that case? AT will link that user to the affiliate?
    Sorry for so many questions but i am really interested about AT component.
    Thanks always.
    Best regards

      I suppose that referral word is a way to customize the link of the affiliate, make it easier to remember.
      Correct?

    As you suggested i won't create another post but i continue here.
    I'll purchase this component because i need an affiliate component and i think yours is good.
    I hope only you'll add the following features:
    1) "ask referral word" link (active only if he never ask it) on affiliate page where he click on it and merchant will receive a notification message (that he can customize with tags on backend of component). Also merchant can see this alert (referral word asked) on his control panel till when he won't create a referral word for that affiliate. All is in control.
    2) create an item menu on front end about control panel of merchant, like it works on backend now.
    I hope you'll consider my suggestions and add them.
    Thanks.
    Best regards.
