    hello!

    thanks

this module shows the evolution IN TIME of a particular thing (album, artist...)

you have to look carefully at all the parameters. all them are explained, if you put the cursor over each parameter's name!

    hello

it may have something to do with the changes you made to some files... just to be sure: did you try to REINSTALL the upgrade to 2.1? that may solve some problems

    besides of that:

can you take a look at your database and see if the table jos_muscol_statistics is well created?

also, check the global MC parameters to see if Statistics recording is all ON.

    1. I've only got the following files: views\\album\\form.php, views\\artist\\form.php, views\\playlist\\defaul.php, views\\playlists\\defaul.php

These files may be affecting the statistics module?

    2. file helpers.php I restored

    3. at my database the table jos_muscol_statistics is well created/

    http://img12.imageshost.ru/img/2010/12/05/image_4cfb80029ed9e.jpg

    4.
also, check the global MC parameters to see if Statistics recording is all ON.

    That's a position I can not find

    5. It seems to me that there is a connection problem with the service API Google Charts. Because the schedule in this module generates this particular service?

it has nothing to do with google charts api...

if you cannot find all the statistics parameters, then maybe the new config.xml file is missing.

again, all your trouble seem to be caused by the manual modification of files, that's why, I tell you again: REINSTALL the upgrade package! :)

    ok, I see..

well, if the second one works, then is not a problem of the databse.

can you make a complete screenshot of the PARAMETERS setted on this module?
probably is just a missconfiguration parameter...

yes, yes, I'm trying to help you! :)

I was telling you if you can look at the SRC element of the IMAGE that composes the google chart. do you know what I mean? look at the source code...
    maybe use firebug

if I can see what is the URL of the image (src="XXXX") I'll be able to help you more...

    ok. see this:

    the COLORS seem INCORRECT.
there are BLANK SPACES at the end of the color codes!!!!!!

please check there are NO blank spaces.

also, can you please just create a NEW module, and LET THE DEFAULT VALUES in it? dont change any values. see if that one works.
