hmm....

this error usually shows up if some databaase table was not correctly created (artists, in this case)

first question: you are running php 5, right?

my first suggestion is: UNINSTALL the component, and most important, DELETE all muscol database tables (those beginning by jos_muscol. have you access to phpmyadmin or similar to do that?) and then reisntall again

if the problem isn't gone, tell me so and if you want, give me admin access data so I can take a look and truy to solve it myself

Thank you - Well, I can uninstall and I do have access to phpmyadmin but I have never gone into the database to delete tables - I have goosebumps just thinking about it - by the way, this avatar is NOT me! I am a woman ;-) - I need to find something that looks a little closer to what I look like - hehe
