Discogs integration

Hi Germi..
The new version of Muscol is very good.. congratulations!

I have a small problem with the integration of album's images
with Discogs. I select "Use image from Discogs" but no image
is inserted. Why?

    yeah, .jpeg is just stupid on Discogs, I renamed many images manually.

    The problem can be the extesion of the album images? In Discogs all images have .jpeg extension not .jpg. If what I said is stupid excuse me.

    no.. undortunately this is yet in a very BETA status.

    the problem is that DISCOGS not always return the images correctly... so for now, it's like this feature does not exist on most of the cases..

    Hi, Germi,

    When I add an album from discogs I never get the image, neither sometimes. Have you already fixed it? This feature is really important for my project.

    I dont think discogs allows external serving of iamges.. they must have some blocking for this...

    If you could directly use the album image from Discogs would be fantastic.

    no, no, it wont decrease it: when works, it DOWNLOADS the image from discogs to your server.

    well, the "Use image from Discogs" is actually in beta status. it works only sometimes. some other times (I'm still investigating) discogs does not send the image correcly and the image import does not work

    i'm wokring on this. consider it to be in Beta.
