How do you upload a video?

I have read that jw player supports flv etc... but when I upload all I get is audio. There is a video loaded on the demo, so I assume that it can be done. How is this possible, and where is the documentation and instructions?

    Worked perfectly. I increased the width and height - not on the multi player - and it works great. Uploaded just like a regular song. Thank you.

    there are two ways of having video:

    1) using the YOUTUBE field on the SONG form. the video will appear on the SONG page and you will also be able to load it into the module player

    2) on the normal "audio" field you can upload video. if you are not seeing it it's probably just because your player's height shows only the control bar. just go to the PLUGIN parameters and increase the HEIGHT of the player so some video have space to show up!
