thank you for replying..... this is the link to the music below...but when i copy and paste in song, i can play back but when i click the download, it takes me to amazon.com for a playback.... is there anything i am missing?

but.. this is not a direct URL to the song, this is a an URL to a page where you can download the song.. it's not the same. do you know what I mean?

Thanks for replying... i tried putting this link from amazon but it is not working... https://www.amazon.com/clouddrive/share?s=io7cqpajrhevqjpvuthxsk .. pls tell me if there anything i am missing. i simply copied this link from amazon and then inserted into music collection under the song tab in the file box. and i saved it but when i goto the front end, nothing happens.... when i clicked the play button, nothing happens but when i click the download button, it took me to amazon website where u can download the music. but that is not what i want. i want people to be able to download or listen to the mp3 song from my site.

yes, you just need to point the song ot the URL.
I don't know about external servers.. I hear Amazon S3 is pretty good..
