installation error - no installation pack Bug

i try to install com_muscol_3.0.6_pro_3.x.zip

i read the documentation

i have modify my php.ini file

and i'm still not able to install it.

still error:
An error occurred while sending this file to the server.
Maximum file upload PHP size too low
Unable to find an installation package

    When I access the link you provided, the album layout opens correctly
    You cannot upload songs on the backend? if you can send me backend access I'll try this.

    installation was done by my programmer but still have a lot of error
    i cant upload any song...need to put the url to the song manually

    my menu link is a default artist layout. my album when you click it, it open
    /component/muscol/A/3-aigle-bleu/1-tambours-de-la-terre-mere
    NOT http://www.myurl.com//component/muscol/a/3-aigle-bleu/1-tambours-de-la-terre-mere

    so album are not working.
    for now, I'm a little disappointed...and i really want you to correct that or i want a refund...

    do you want a login...it's not public

    oh and is it possible to unpublish the download option. i dont want people to download music...i want people to pay to listen it in my member part of the website...
