ID3 Tags not Pulling In

Since upgrading to 2.4.3 the system isn't pulling in any tag data. Am I missing something?

    Yes, that's the first thing I thought of too.

      then something else must be failing.. the files you're importing are correctly tagged, right? can you try with a different file, just in case?

    They're all tagged right and they're files that I've successfully imported in the past. the problem occurs if I'm uploading it from the front end like a user or adding songs in bulk from the back end.

    We've had some permissions issues on the new server so it could be related to that.

    I don't know. it doesn't make much sense... the ID3 tag system has not changed in any way in the new version. doesn't make much sense that it was working before and it's not anymore... it's exaclty the same system..

    It's possible that it hasn't been working since we set up the new server and I just didn't realize it until I did the upgrade. We're pushing it to a new environment tonight and I'll take a look at it again.
