Hi - I just can't get the play buttons to work. I have read through the manual several times. No luck. Please advise.

See, for example: http://jamhq.com/index.php/j/2-jamhq/1-blues-for-guitar-vol-i

Thanks

    hello

    it looks like either:
    - jwplayer is not installed and enabled (check the permissions in Music Collection to make sure the online player is visible to all users)

    - or jquery is not correctly loaded, go to options in Music Collection and check the option to load jquery AND load full bootstrap 3

please try that and let me know

    Thanks for helping.

Permissions allow public viewing of player, and jquery and full bootstrap are enabled. Now, the player is showing, but nothing occurs when I click the play buttons.

    What do I try next?

I think this is because Jwplayer is not configured.

please, open the jwplayer plungin and just hit SAVE. then try to load the page again

Ok. I am officially angry. If you add your premium price for the product to the hours (the rate that I usually get), then I am up to hundreds of dollars for your code! For the price you are charging, it is reasonable to expect better service!

    Please respond.

In other words, I am paid a premium price so that I don't have to spend hours figuring this code out.

    hello,

sorry I couldn't answer before, I cannot be 24 hours a day in front of the computer... I couldn't answer until now.

if none of the things we tried worked, then please, send me admin access so I can check this and see what's possibly going wrong.

    Dear,

the solution to the problem you are having was actually this advice given a couple days ago on this same forum thread:

You mentioned you followed the instructions given and there was no luck, however after accessing your website I noticed that this part of advice was actually pending, so that's the thing I did: to open the plugin and hit SAVE. This solved the problem with the player in your site (the plugin configuration was not stored into the system)

Now it's working ok, please check.

One last thing: the player is working, however it's trying to access a song file but I can't find it, maybe the file is missing from your songs folder.
    this is the file:
