Hello - I am using the music extension, and I have two display problems. The first is that in each album I create, the fourth song doesn't have a play button. The second is in one of my albums when I press play for the eight song, the first song plays. I have deleted the whole album and recreated it. However, I get the same error.

Thanks in advance,

Gordon

PS You can see the problems at https://www.jamhq.com/index.php/j/2-jhq-guitar/25-rock-vol-i. Check out the fourth song, and press play for the eighth and the first song plays.

hi Gordon

the forth song problem is a weird thing. it's not caused by Music Collection: it's your T3 template
there's an HTML "footer" element that is hidden but is actually rendered on top of the page, and it "hides" the fourth song.
actually it's not the fourth song, it's whatever happens to be on that position (if you make the screen smaller you'll see what I'm saying)

if you know how to use the Developer console in Google Chrome you'll see what I mean (see attached screenshot)

what happens with the 8th song is trickier, I think
actually what's happening is that songs 5, 6, 7 are not played correctly. when you play the 5th song, actuallly the 6th file gets played.

that's quite strange to be honest. First think I can think about is the "#" character in the song name. For some reason, this may be messing up the song play order.

could you try to rename that file (WITHOUT the #) and see if the problem still occurs?

Hi - Update. You were right. The T3 was causing problems. I uninstalled it, and the fourth play button is now available for all songs. Also, I changed the names of any file that had '#' in it and replaced it with 'Sharp'. That fixed the dead play buttons.

With respect to the play buttons playing the wrong song, re-uploading the audio file using Filezilla worked.

Finally, is there a way to organize the albums? For example, I would like to have them alphabetically ordered. (Changing IDs in the database didn't work.)

    See, for example, https://www.jamhq.com/index.php

    Thanks in advance.
