There's another option to display all artists in list, you can use the "Artists" menu of music collection (the "homepage"), and in Music Collection options make sure to select the option to "Show artists on MC home"

Try with random in the criteria, 200 for the number of artists and Profile(Bootstrap) for the layout.

I've tried to use this module already, but didn`t understand what settings need to set to show all artists.

Yes, you can publish a featured artists module and within its options, you can choose a large amount of artists to show so that all the artists are included and displayed.
