ERROR in process Save Album

Hello.

I used type menu Form Album Layout. And I get an main error when user try to save the album:
404 Page Not Found with url /index.php/index.php + user's account out!

I tried different settings: Music Collection configuration > Permission
Frontend users can add artists: YES/NO
Frontend users can only add albums by artists they created: YES/NO

But it didn't solved problem.

    Yes, you're right, it's my redaction of the code caused an error.
    I set the argument 'disabled' on the form in file
    \components\com_muscol\views\album\tmpl\form.php: 57

    I took off the argument, works correctly.

    what you mean "user's account out!" ??

    this looks like you modified something and it's not working. did you modify something on that file?
