Some issues after updating/reneving Invoice Manager Issue

1. Layout is broken in Mozilla Firefox - is there any tweak to fix this?
2. There is no "Parameters" button where I can set basic settings. Long time ago I could change status of order in HikaShop which triggered generating invoice. Now I can find it.
3. Changing status to confirmed in Hika Shop generates error message:
1064 You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '' at line 1 SQL=SELECT * FROM #__hikashop_address WHERE address_id =

I am not sure, if this is IM problem, but couldn't find anything ...

4. see screenshot.

5. you don't need a button now. Just "type" the product's name in the NAME field, and the automatic suggestions from Hikashop will appear.

    1. please REFRESH your browser to make sure the new files are reloaded.

    1. Sorted out, thx.
    2. I found this in HikaShop plugin
    3. Fixed after update.

    Great job!.

    I have couple more:
    4. When I press Edit Invoice it gets saved and closed automatically after few seconds, so I can't really edit anything.
    5. If I want to create new invoice there is no option to use products from HikaShop.

    4. hmm.. please try to disable the "autosave" option in Invoice Manager options.
    5. There is. Do you have the OTHER hikashop plugin installed? it's called "Invoice Manager - Search Items - HikaShop"

    Sorry, me again
    I can see issue with TAX calculation again. From HikaShop products are added and all is correct, but total is wrong calculated. If I will check VAT 20% it is added on top of gross again, so finally tax is added twice.

      but tax is added in individual items? (then don't add it on global invoice because it would be added twice...)

      BTW we are close to releading version 2.1 which improved quite a lot the tax system.

    Found one more problem - shipping costs are not exported from HikaShop.
