Problem to invoice manager

Hello,

Have the trouble to invoice manager. its very strange when customer connect to my account after have error to invoice manager for show.But me with administrator account ,don't have this problem

    I don't know, I would have to take a look at it. It's possible that our lattest version will solve this problem, but you need to have an active subscription to download it...

    But have the last update , my subscription finish to june 2015. But last time have this problem to my admin when i want show invoice manager. If you possible you control. the last time you have go to my admin and put out this error, i think its same.
    thanks for your time and i wait for buy your subscription with new update to my invoice manager

    you can't have our latest update because it's just 1 week old..! version 1.4.8...

    To access your site, you need to have an active subscription.. otherwise I can't give technical support...

    Yes i understand, so have take the subscription and with last update have the same problem.
    So its very strange, with admin account on my website i don't have problem

    you say that the problem does NOT happen in admin? where does it happen? on frontend only?
