PDF file download do not work anymore /404 error Issue

Hello
I use your invoice softvare from 2013, excelent product but sadly recently after years of use pdf download file do not work anymore. I made invoices, everything is ok except when I need to download file to my pc and print him, then i get error 404 page do not exist.
What is weird is that that start recently, as I writed invoice manager work flawlesy from 2013, i do not change anything in joomla, or server what can sudenly made error in invoice manager. I contacted host but they told me they do not change anything either.
Anyway can you please advise or check what is going on and what made my invoice manager pdf error?
If is posible and price is reasonable I can pay the fix too, realy need invoice manager for my business.
If you need joomla information for login please ask freely.

    Can you please check your e mails. I have only 2 days to fix this issue /must send invoices to my tax office 18.06.2018/ and nothing is fixed, actualy there is no more pdf icon at all in my invoice manager after you try to find problem yesterday so somehow pdf icon is removed completly. I realy need to print this invoices so can you please check why pdf do not work and why is pdf buton/icon removed complety ?
    Really need help if is posible, payed withour problem 62 euro just for fixing this small problem and sadly is still there, even maybe worse because now there is no pdf button at all.
