Invoice layout is all out Bug

We are building this for a clients site and currenlty getting wording and design perfect BUT if you look at the link above you will see the right column is out with the left.

We have tried to correct in css BUT when we do, it throws the previous page out - HELP PLEASE ;)

    did you change any file for this view?
    looks like it's taking the whole width, when it should be taking only half- Did you modify the file in any way?
