I'm using IM with Hikashop. The integration plugin is activated and it is set to all or created, but no invoices in the IM appear when orders are created.
When I change the order status to confirmed, the invoice appears with name, date, and amount but when I click on invoice details or show invoice online there will be only a blank popup/page with no data inside. Sending an email will create an empty result as well. Any ideas?
