Content Statistics Map Module showing no entries

Hi there,

I bought Content Statistics Extended Professional and everything worked fine so far. Since a few weeks, the Map Module doesn't show any entries:

The configuration is the same as on another sites, where it works:

Working sites run on Joomla 3.6.0, Not-working site runs on Joomla 3.6.2 - before updating the working sites to 3.6.2 an crashing the map modules, I'd like to solve the problem.

    hello

    does this happen only with the CITIES option?

    have you added a Google Maps API key in the module options?

    Hi, I have a similar problem: if it is set in content provider com_content, it works (it shows me the results) if it is set in the Content provider com_muscol and in Content criteria i tried all the values on the map i do not get any result

    I just noticed that in the back-end of the nations column I have no indication, it is strange I set everything as per documentation
    Germi, can you help me to figure out where the problem is?

    Hi,Germi,
    I attach to you the plugin settings screenshot, in my opinion it's all ok, in fact if imposed on content provider com_content works well both in front-end and in back-end, if the imposed content provider com_muscol does not work in front-end and in Back-end in the country column does not show anything but the actions appear correctly
