Wrong Time

0
Hi germinal

I have a small problem. I setup an event and when I view it it shows the right start and finish time. When I view it in admin in the list view it is 1 hour ahead? The alerts are sent based on this time?

I'm sure it has something to do with server time so how can I adjust that please?

Thanks

Mark

Hi there - I am having the same problem with the calendar. The time is showing up fine in the admin, but incorrect on the front of the site.
Can you please let me know what the fix is?!

    Thanks heaps,

    Zoe

    Thansk Germinal

When I view the alert for the event it is still saying the event starts 1 hour ahead? Do I need to reinstall the package to get the latest fixes?

    Thanks

Thanks Germinal its working perfect now on the events listing in admin - I still have the problem in the alerts lists - I have created a new one but the hours are wrong as before - If you can tell me what file to edit and how I can do that to save you time?

    Thanks

    Hi germinal

I have checked it and it is set to London (I'm UK)

I tried changing it to UTC and editing the event but it remains the same?

    Thanks for your help

    Regards

thanks for the info Mark. I still thing it's related to it. I think I know how to quickly solve it, I need to tell the extension to maintain the same timezone both in front and back. can you email me FTP access to your website so I can check this? I believe I already have joomla access, don't I?

    Hi Mark,

this looks like the timezone setting of joomla or the server.
can you tell me what is this setting on joomla global config?

You will notice that the time in admin is different to that on the front end and the alert states the time in admin?

    Thanks
