issue on upcoming events module

Hi. The upcoming events module show as next an event already expired this morning. The event was from 9.30 to 10.00 am on today and after this event there was another at 4 pm on today too but never i saw it on the above module. Another thing so weird: on the upcoming events module i see that the time of the event is from 9.30 to 10.00 but if i click on the event on the calendar i see another time on the pop up event detail: from 10.30 to 11.00. The different time happens only when i see an event created by other user but if i click on the event created by me the time is correct.
I attached a zipped file about settings of upcoming events module and id (public) categories. Please unzip it.
Waiting for your help.
Best regards

After midnight the upcoming events module show the next event so it doesn't consider the times but only the days. Next event in the same day is not shown. Another issue: i saved for every events my own alert but now (maybe it happens when change the day so after midnight) there aren't more the alerts i saved before. So i have to save again the alerts again for every event.
