Hallo, i use Joomla 3.8.13 and J2Store newest version and your affiliate tracker, newest version.
A long period all was fine. But i did not check it some time. Now i saw, that the logs are ok until today - but since Mai 2018 no one conversion.
Basicly the shop is running, 10 -20 sales every day.

And logs are inside about 10.000 ... but no one has bought? No sale - no conversation? Hm ... looks lik a technical fail.

Beacuse the logs are counted, the Link / url is fine, i would say.

But how can i test, what do i have to check, why no conversion is tracked?
