    hello,

this is not available out of the box, it would require a bit of custom coding.

Hi, I am running into the same 'issue'. We are legally bound to have the user who applies for our Affiliate program to accept (minimal check-box) our Affiliate Terms and Conditions.
only making a textual reference is not enough: there must be an action (clicking the check-box) to accept.

I understand. However this it not implemented into Affiliate Tracker (at least for now), so it would require a little coding.

Thanks for your reply, you leave me wondering with what will happen next: I understand that it would require coding but does that mean that you will add it in the next release? Or should I code (and maintain) that change myself?

    Please some additional info :)

we have no immediate plans to add it in the next release. We may add it in the future, but for now we have no imminent plans.

you can code in your end if you want, of course...

Great. I already purchased a subscription and I just found the same out.
Without accepting terms before signing up this component is useless for us.
This can be a legal issue in many countries.

Hi, not so pleased with the way opportunities for new functionality are handled myself :S. I will create a patch for this functionality when I have an hour to spare in the next days.
If you want I can share it with you.
    regards,
    Ruud.
