Hi,
I have followed your guidelines about how to setup you affiliate extension. The issue I have here is that when I do exactly how you write it in the example (mydomain.com/some_word) it shows me 404 error... if I do mydomain.com/?some_word then my page is displayed but logs are not gathered... you can have a look at this short video I have done to illustrate: https://www.dropbox.com/s/30tcilgz1afn8wc/affiliate.mp4?dl=0

if you user mydomain.com/some_word, this means that this URL has to EXIST.
the referral word option is for using already-existing URLs as a landing page for affiliate links. but these pages (URLs) have to exist. affiliate tracker will not create them for you... -
