1. I would like to buy two extensions:
a. affiliate tracker
b. invoice manager
are they integrated well?
how much do they cost?
2. I would like to have an invoice manager which can create invoices for clients who have registered with my website. Basically I dont have shopping cart as other ecommerce websites; I only have registration/signup form so that clients can register for my services; then they can communicate with me in their account via my website. If they agree to buy one of my services, I then generate an invoice and email it to them so that they can click the link to pay online by Paypal, neteller, skirlls, etc. That invoice should be available to be seen in their account too and they can pay from their account as well.
Does your invoice manager have the above functionalities?
3. I need affiliate extension to track commissions for affiliates who refer customers to my website and pay for my services. Does your affiliate tracker works well with your Invoice manager and can track every single payment/commission generated?

Yes I understand. What you need is indeed Invoice Manager + Affiliate Tracker working this way, it's the 2 only extensions that can do what you need, it's just that this particular integration is not available at the moment.
However, since this is a pretty straighforward integration (we are the creators of both extensions), we can develop this integration and make it available soon. -

1. There's no integration between the two extensions at the moment, they are two separate and independant extensions.
1b. in this case you can purchase them normally through our Store, the prices are the ones you'll find there (depending on the versions of couse)
2. yes, you can do that with invoice manager. just one thing: our currently supported online payment methods are: PayPal, Authorize.net and Stripe. (not neteller, skirlls)
3. You will be able to track visits (referrals) to the site, but not directly "sales" because you're not using any shopping cart, as you mention... do you know what I mean?
