I've followed the instructions given to add a menu item that links to the affiliate area, when it is live it shows up with the title "Affiliate area", a line and then is blank - no options to log on etc.. how can I fix this please?
Thanks

Please make sure to go to Affiliate Tracker options (on the backend) and SAVE them.

I've done that a number of times now, we don't want people to be able to register themselves, so we removed that.
But there's no option to login

    oh ok.
no, in that case this is normal, what should appear there is the button option to "request new account". it won't show the login form. What you can do is to use the text fields to add some information there or tell the user to log in.

Sorry, but this is rather confusing, how do they log in to see their account details?
Where is the login form located? how does it get added?

well you should make this menu item "Registered", this way only registered users can access it...
or if you want, I can make a very small code modification to redirect the user to the login page first, if he is not logged in.
