We recently purchased an item via paypal and registered an account but can't login to download the item? I've also tried resetting password but it says error: "account is blocked"

May be an issue with the checkout registration? as I registered a new account fine to make this support ticket..

Please let me know how to resolve this asap. I can PM with more details, subscription key, receipts if needed. Thank you
