White homepage when Albums module enabled

Hi Germinal & Team

Im running latest MC, and J!, with Gantry 5, every time I try to enable the albums module, in whichever mode (i've tried all) it completely breaks the homepage resulting in a white page.

Ive set the format ID, and the other fields are blank, as I have previously (new website development for existing project). do you have any ideas?

I want to display the last 12 albums added on the homepage.

everything looks ok... if you try a different layout option, you still get the blank page?

The only option that doesn't is Carousel .... but that gives the following

your PHP variable short_open_tag is set to OFF. it must be ON.

I think its not, I am using wamp, and this is in my php.ini file:

; short_open_tag
; Default Value: On
; Development Value: Off
; Production Value: Off

I also tried to put everything on

And If I use any other layout than "Carousel" it gets me this: Parse error: syntax error, unexpected end of file in C:\wamp\www\gnr\modules\mod_muscol_albums\tmpl\owl.php on line 103 ...

or the blank page when I have error reporting: none

I am sorry, didn't know there is another php.ini in apache folder ... I am pretty new to this.
