I just recently purchased Music collection for J3. Some things I'm noticing with the plugins:
1) Jomsocial integration: the album/song/artist rating is posting to the activity stream. However, user likes or comments on that activity are not being saved. Other activity stream likes and comments are being saved (Kunena, built in jomsocial activities, etc).
2) Site/system Search Plugin: Only the songs option works (and it includes results for artists, albums and songs). If I try to just search on an artist, nothing comes up. Same for album. but songs works for me...Interesting.

1) you mean "likes" on the jomsocial wall itself?
Yes - The activity shows up on teh wall or user activity feed. Then there's links to like, comment, report, etc on the rating in the activity feed. However, when you like, it doesn't retain it. If I was seeing this with all jomsocial stream plugins, I'd think it a bug with their activity stream. I can provide website and user credentials to verify. -
