Hello I recently purchased the Music Collection Community Professional component and have been able to install it on my website.

I have only one questions at this time.

1. Is there an update for the "plg_myalbums_cb_2.2.0_1.6.zip" for users using the latest version of community builder?
-Currently the albums tab shows up however, there is a warning on the CB plugin page that this plugin is not compatible with the current version of community builder.

Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

    Greetings Germinal,

    I am looking to do an upgrade to the newest version of the Music Collection component and after reviewing the documentation and installation, I understand that the new version is significantly different that the one I currently have.

    I reviewed the installation instructions but wasn't sure if I should uninstall the previous version before installing the new one once I purchase it or just install the new version over the old one that is currently installed. My current version still works ok, but I am interested in the new look and features of the most recent version.

    I'm not sure if I am allowed to ask this with an expired account but want to be sure that I am updating the right way once I start the process

    Hi,

    You can just install the new one on top of the old one, there's no problem. Just be sure to install all elements (it's all explained in the instructions), because there are some mandatory new plugins that you must install in order for it to work ok...

    I have finally had a chance to renew to the newest version of Music Collection in order to update the extension on my website...GREAT extension by the way.

    Wanted to find out if there was any way to view my invoice in USD instead of € in order to have a consistent record of all of the costs I have made for my website.

    Sorry to trouble you again so quickly, but after updating to the newest version of the music collection component for some reason the homepage on my website has disappeared and is showing text links to existing music collection songs/albums (but not as a module)

    Direct links to specific pages seems to show some of the previous layout/configuration of my site. I made an attempt to uninstall the music collection in order to revert back to the previous version that was working fine. This attempted uninstall left my entire site blank and the joomla admin back end is also blank. I am at a loss as to why this has happened, I followed the installation instructions, set the correct order for the plugin and also acquired an API key or the JW player. Without access to the site or backend, I will have to restore the site backup in order to get my site back online.

    Compared to getting the previous version of the component going, this was quite unpleasant. Are there any suggestions that you can offer regarding this? I know that extension distributors are quite reluctant to offer refunds, but if working with you to try and get new version of the component to work on my site doesn't work, would I be able to get a refund?

    Please let me know what to try when you get a chance.
