Can membership pro pluggins / module work well with music collection on different categories of membership (say free , silver, Gold) where each category or plan is having say different Upload quota, streaming minutes, events on calendar allowed, affiliates grades etc as done in soundcloud .. on the music portal?

No, there's no integration between Membership Pro and Music Collection

    No, sorry, this is not built into Music Collection. This would require custom coding work.
