JW Player wil not play after installation of Content Statistics

When I installed Music Collection the first time in Joomla 3 (I had 1.5 for years up and running) everything went OK and everything was working fine.
After installation on Content Statistics and IP Geolocaction. The JW player does not work any more.
Any clue how to solve this?

    there's no jwplayer installed in this site. it doesn't have anything to do with Content Statistics whatsoever.

    have you installed the jwplayer plugin? (the PLUGIN, not the module)

    Yes installed the jwplayer. It already worked OK. Could it be a conflict with another plugin. or wrong order?

      well the problem I see is that there seems to not be a plugin there. is it enabled? can you give me backend access?

    The answer of the support: the problem was that you had the variable "show online player" for users set to NO in the settings...
