Player don´t work

Hello guys!
I installed the Music Collection component following the instructions.
I can not make the player work, as can be seen on page:

Could help me in solving the problem?

hello!

make sure that:

1. you have installed and enabled the player

2. on the PERMISSIONS tab of Music Collection OPTIONS, make sure the player is "allowed" for the users (this is the ACL tab where you set the permissions)
