We have already purchased MC Pro because after asking a few questions, thought it would work for us, however I can not figure out how to configure the player to play a live stream. This is a radio stream, not individual. We have 3 radio stations and are using Centova. I know MC is not compatible directly with Centova and we have to get our files...that's not the issue. I'm just trying to get the players to recognize the live streams.
If this is not possible, can we get a refund of our license ? I had asked a few questions about this and made it clear what we were doing and were assured this solution would work, so I'm wondering what I'm missing here...
