which joomla version are you using this on?

to take a look at it and figure out what's going on, you would need to have an active subscription in our website, this way you can have full technical support access.

I have joomla 3 and com_muscol_2.3.1_community_pro_2.5 which at the time of purchase stated it was compatible with all version of joomla. I installed this in a fresh joomla 3 setup to prep and test for migration of my joomla 2.5 to joomla 3.x and fot this error.

    hello,

no, you're confused I think. the package you are mentioning is for Joomla 2.5 (as you an see at the end of the filename). it never has been stated that this package is compatible with all versions! makes no sense.
you are confusing the subscription you purchased with the package you are talking about.

you had the ALL VERSIONS subscription, which gave you, indeed, access to all the packages (joomla 2.5 and 3.0). but you are trying to install the 2.5 package in the 3.0 joomla installation! you need to use the one named com_muscol_2.3.1_community_pro_3.0, which you also purchase, becauase as I'm saying, you purchases the "all versions included"

So I will have to pay 109 euros to once again access the 3.0 version I already paid for? TO date I have already paid for this software twice as I have been using the component since you were on Joomlamusicsolutions and if i had to pay for it again that makes no sense since Joomla 2.5 is no longer supported I cant continue to use the component on 3.0 site.

No. first of all: you don't have the file for Joomla 3? as I mentioned before, you HAD access to it while you had the subscription (although your subscription expired more than a year ago). the same way you just mentioned you have the file com_muscol_2.3.1_community_pro_2.5, you don't have com_muscol_2.3.1_community_pro_3.0?

second: if you want to have access to the latest version (and only for Joomla 3), you don't need to buy the "all versions" package because you don't need all versions, as you are saying yourself, you only need Joomla 3 version. so, you only need that version, which is 79 EUR (not 109)

and third: if you want to purchase this package, we can give you a discount because you a re two-time returning customer.

    Many thanks!
