Payment Options are not displayed when click on Pay Now

If I click on PayNow in the Front End I can see only a Text File with no CSS Styles. (see Picture) any ideas why?

    this means there's a payment plugin that's sort of "breaking" the page. which of our payment plugins have you installed? if you turn error reporting ON, does any error show on the page?

    sorry for late reply. After I activated the debug modus its working :-). Very strange but works now.
