No PDF invoices currently being attached to mail

ISSUE: There is NO pdf invoices/quotes currently being attached to mail.

Hi, I currently have the following configuration:

1: Directory called pdfinvoices in public_html (this is the root of my joomla install), permissions set to 644 (but also 755 doesn't help).
2: In Invoice Manager configuration. Attach PDF Invoice in email - YES.
3: Extracted the dompdf.zip to public_html/components/com_invoices/helpers
4: I use the Bootstrap invoice template (v. 2.1) without any adjustments

See screenshots

Sending emails do not include the PDF as attachment.

Hi,

Could somebody please take a look at this issue.
If there is a fix for this issue, than I like to know it, so I can fix it by myself on the production environment.

Today I've noticed that for whatever reason the PDF's for Quotes and Invoices are not being attached. I don't remember doing any customization besides enabling stripe.

I have attachments option enabled http://prntscr.com/ebr0yx

Please let me know what could be in here. It worked in the past.

i believe the problem was that the PDF template was not correct. can you generate a PDF normally?

if you can't, then it's the template.. you did some modification that is causing problem...

I can generate PDF from the invoice manager with no problems but I can't seem to think what I did that it doesn't generate. Is there a function that I can look into that pulls out PDF?

so, the PDF generates correctly? it's just that it doesn't get attached to the email?

please check that the folder /pdfinvoices exists in the root of your Joomla installation...

The folder is there exists in the root directory with some generated PDF's in there.

Hi, same problem here - pdf generates correctly - "Attach PDF invoice in email" set to "yes" in the settings

problem solved - my fault, didn't create the "pdfinvoices" folder
