Hi There,

thank you for all the help... I am creating an invoice. Leaving the Status as blank. After the Customer pays, the invoices are not automatically being marked as paid. I think I may not have set it up properly, but Not sure.

    how does the customer pay? which payment system?

    We use the Paypal System. That is the only method for our customers to pay. Do we have to have an API in the Paypal Payment Plugin? Currently we issue invoices in both USD and CAD. The Status is blank upon creation, but when the customer pays the invoice from the Account Page, and the payment is successful, the invoice is not being marked as paid. I have to manually enter the payment.

    well this is weird, it should be marking the payment paid automatically, that's how it works. if you want, send me access and I'll take a look.
